Welcome

Thank You

It turns out it wasn't possible to write Unlimited the way i imagined it without including too many things to practically act on. And what is the sweet spot for opportunities? Enough challenge to be useful, not so much as to be intimidating? Or brevity – how do you keep things short and accessible and yet include a practical ‘how to’ alongside each idea?

So here's the deal. You've taken the time to read Unlimited and then the time to QR code your way here. I'll take the time to support you in making the most of what's in it.

This might be a good place to start…..

One of the things a constrained environment does — quietly, and often without you noticing — is make itself feel like the primary problem. Removing distractions, building confidence in what you're already doing, and getting clear focus on what matters most in your business will unlock more than jumping straight to the challenges your constraints impose. I believe in the impact of business coaching, which is why my resources are available through the ActionCoach network. Use the link on this page for two free sessions and see where that journey takes you.

The resources

Every business, entrepreneur, manager and team is different. I'm building out a set of resources here for people who've identified an opportunity in Unlimited but want more support in translating it to an action in their business. If a resource doesn't exist yet it doesn't mean I'm not open to creating it. Connect with me on LinkedIn — tell me what you need.

Sharing the ideas

If the ideas in Unlimited are ideas you'd like to bring to a wider audience rather than keep to yourself, get in touch. A conference, a team meeting, a networking group — I'd be delighted to discuss preparing content, attending remotely or in person, or speaking on one of the topics pertinent to your group.

More advantage

Unlimited was designed as a set of ideas that each standalone — run with the ones that resonate now and spot the opportunity in othersas it arises. But what the isolated ideas demonstrate when considered cumulatively is that an environment under constraint only a harder place to operate. It's an environment with more potential for advantage. Environment shapes behaviour, design aligns the business with that environment, and the idea is able to prosper. Advantage emerges under constraint disproportionately — relative to operating somewhere more benign. I'm working on bringing that Advantage framework to life, either as an extension of Unlimited or through its own dedicated resources. More to follow.
