Set up to succeed — guided brainstorm

The first four chapters of Unlimited — Set Up to Succeed — are written specifically for founders and visionaries at the start of their journey, or open to the idea of reset. This session brings those ideas to life in the context of your specific business and environment.

What this session is: A guided exploration of the four foundations that determine whether a business in a constrained environment starts well or stores up problems for later. I bring the structure and the questions — you bring the answers, the vision, and the values. The goal is not to tell you what to do, but to leave you confident you are on a sound path and clear on the decisions that matter most at this stage.
